Validation of the revised Belief in a Just World Scale based on Popular Sayings

The development of measures that assess individual differences in the Belief a Just World plays an important role advancing research this area. intent article was to validate new version Scale based on Popular Sayings (BJWPS), proposing measure may be alternative original scale. For this, two studies were developed: Study 1 (N=160) aimed presenting psychometric evidence for BJWPS scale through exploratory factor analysis. 2 (N=144) verify goodness-of-fit proposed measurement model using confirmatory Results indicated single-factor structure assesses BJW, which corroborates theoretical frameworks BJW scales. Together, results allow us conclude presented satisfactory indexes.
